Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Altek Inc. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Return of any item shipped correctly by Altek will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If incorrect shipment is caused by Altek, returned item will be credited in full. Return requests should be made to email@example.com
• Products supplied by Altek are covered under the manufacturer’s warranties. Certain products are warranted for different periods of time under specific conditions. Altek will provide warranty information when requested. Warranty requests should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org
• If an item proves to be non-functional and is within its published warranted time frame, customer will be required to send said item to Altek for warranty evaluation. After the evaluation is performed and warranty is honored, the item will be replaced or repaired at no charge to the customer. If a replacement item is required immediately, customer may order said replacement within normal payment terms. If the item is warranted by the manufacturer, credit will be issued only against the replacement unit. Return shipping charges are not included in the manufacturer’s coverage unless pre-agreed by said manufacturer
All items will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point and will be added to the price of the order. Shipping charges will be calculated and charged based on box weight and size. If orders are shipped incomplete additional shipping charges may be incurred.
